Dr. Meg Siegel

Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy and birth support

Physical Therapy for women with a focus on pregnancy, postpartum and pelvic floor health through the lifecycle.

Megan_Siegel copy.jpeg

Hi there!

Hi, I’m Dr. Meg — pelvic floor physical therapist, doula, mom, and big believer that women deserve better care.

I’ve spent years working with women on all things pelvic health — from leaking and pain to prolapse, constipation, and core issues that show up long after (or completely outside of) pregnancy. I’ve always focused on helping women feel stronger, move better, and get back to doing what they love.

More recently, I became a birth doula, expanding my work to include labor support. It’s been a natural and deeply rewarding extension of my care — allowing me to support women during one of the most important transitions of their lives.

No matter what brings you in — whether it’s birth prep, pelvic pain, incontinence, or just feeling off in your body — I’m here to listen, figure it out with you, and walk alongside you every step of the way.

Patient Stories

Meg made my baby’s birth truly the most incredible experience that I will always hold on to. She created this environment to help me find this calmness within myself. She was not only the best supporter for me but my husband was so thankful for her as well. She helped involve him in the whole process every step of the way. It was the most beautiful experience I ever would have imagined. She gave me the strength I never knew I had within myself to be able to deliver my baby the way I always dreamt of. I know for a fact we are going to hire her for every one of our next babies!
